How TekkPak Technologies collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information when you visit our website or communicate with us.
TekkPak Technologies (Private) Limited respects your privacy. This Policy explains our practices in plain language and applies when you visit tekkpak.com, request information or a quotation, book a meeting, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us in relation to our products and services.
Our separate online store at shop.tekkpak.com has its own privacy policy because purchases and store accounts are processed through Shopify. Please review the online store privacy policy before using the store.
Scope and who we are
TekkPak Technologies (Private) Limited is an IT, telecommunications and software company based in Lahore, Pakistan. A customer contract, project specific notice or product specific notice may provide additional terms for information processed while delivering a particular solution. If there is a conflict, the more specific notice or binding contract will apply to that processing.

International data transfers
TekkPak is based in Pakistan and some of our technology providers, partners or customers operate in other countries. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ.
Where applicable law requires it, we use reasonable contractual, organisational or technical safeguards for international transfers and disclose only the information necessary for the relevant purpose.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, relationship management, security, dispute resolution and legal, accounting or tax requirements.
- General enquiries are normally retained while the enquiry remains active and for a reasonable follow up period.
- Customer, supplier, contract, invoice and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business needs.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely archive it, subject to technical and legal limitations.

These may include access controls, secure configurations, encryption in transit, malware and threat protection, backups, logging, limited staff access and service provider review.

To unsubscribe from marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in the message or email us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We may continue to send essential service, transaction, security or legal communications.
To submit another privacy request, contact info@tekkpak.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our website and business services are intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through the website or market our services to them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorisation, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Third party websites and services
Our website links to services operated by others, including our Shopify powered online store, WhatsApp, Microsoft booking pages, partner websites, maps and social networks. When you follow a link or use an embedded third party function, that provider may collect information under its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them before providing personal information.
This Policy does not control independent third party practices. A link does not by itself mean that TekkPak is responsible for another provider's privacy or security practices.
Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or communicated directly where appropriate. Please review this page periodically.
